Daikin & AHT Cooling Sytems are leading international companies in the field of commercial refrigeration and deep-freezing for the food industry.
We are looking for a Supervisor Customer Service Benelux.
Your tasks:
- You are supervising and doing technical support of new installations, prototype installations and conversions of AHT Vento systems
- You are commissioning and approving installations
- You are the troubleshooter for AHT Vento System in the Benelux countries
- Assembly and service partners are inspected by you
- You implement training courses at partner companies (installation, component, system commissioning training) as well as trainings of Coolpoint partners and customers
- You are the local contact person for customers and partners in the respective countries
- You are developing and issuing of work instructions for AHT partners
Your profil
- Completed education as refrigeration technician or HKLS technician or electrical engineer (control engineering)
- Knowledge in the common planning of commercial refrigeration plants as well as of the relevant products
- Dutch and french language skills
- Knowledge of another foreign language (e.g. German)
- MS Office skills
- Willingness to travel (about 75%)
- Confident appearance and very good manners (also in relation to other cultures)
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Flexible in dealing with short-term changes
- Result oriented and independent working method
